We deliver all across Bangladesh, including Dhaka and all major districts and rural areas through reliable courier partners.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 6 PM or during holidays/weekends will be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Charges

Shipping charges depend on the delivery location and the weight/size of the product. Standard rates:

  • Inside Dhaka: Starting from ৳70

  • Outside Dhaka: Starting from ৳130

(Exact fees will be shown during checkout.)

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service nationwide. Please keep the exact amount ready when receiving your package.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS or email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery status.

7. Delivery Delays

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery address

If there is a delay, our support team will keep you updated.

8. Missed Delivery

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to contact you. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us. You may need to pay additional charges for redelivery.
